BIM Technician

Conrad Consulting is supporting a leading UK contractor in their efforts to appoint a BIM Technician to their industry leading in-house planning & design team.

The role is best suited to a Technician with strong modelling skills on Civil Engineering projects, although those with experience from other sectors such as structures would also be considered carefully.

The role sits within the digital construction team who are responsible for the creation of 3D and 4D models to aid with the pre-design stages of projects. You will liaise directly with the commercial, design and bid team to create effective visualisation content for submission to the client.

ABOUT YOU

• Be confident with BIM processes
• Highly computer literate with a creative mindset
• Comfortable using modelling software such as Revit
• Use of creative & artistic software such as Photoshop & After Effects would be advantageous

ON OFFER

£35,000 TO £45,000 depending on experience plus benefits package

Flexible working will be in place moving forward
