Your new role
You will work closely with and support an experienced Senior BIM Manager, delivering digital assets to science schemes and assisting in the production of a new state-of-the-art bio-sciences facility. You will be responsible for liaising with external consultants, ensuring compliance with the BIM Execution plan, client EIR and associated BIM supporting documentation. Additionally, you will carry out internal project training and awareness workshops, while liaising consistently with the design team and supply chain to close out information and coordination issues.

What you'll need to succeed
3+ years in the AEC industry with major project experience (M&E coordination experience is beneficial), as well as a degree in Architecture, Engineering and/or relevant BIM qualifications. Some previous experience in Information Management and data validation is essential, and the ideal candidate will have Solibri experience, with some knowledge of rule creation, information take offs, and reporting. Working knowledge of Revit, Solibri, Inventor, Solidworks and Dynamo is desirable.
