Your new company are a fast-growing specialist within commercial building rates & advisory throughout the South West. They have are a regulated firm, soon to achieve their RICS accreditation, and due to a wealth of success in previous years they are now growing their Bristol team.

Your new role
Your new role will be an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor who wants to access one-to-one development training in a wide range of commercial duties. You will be operating across multiple sectors, with a focus in commercial business rates, working on behalf of your key clients to assist with their challenges & goals. You will be covering properties across the South West & Wales, with the chance to experience a wide variety of properties and challenges to overcome.

What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will have a RICS Accredited Degree in Real Estate or similar. You will be keen to develop your experience and complete your APC (if not already done so), as well as having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have Graduate General Practice surveying experience with the desire to learn and develop with one of Bristol's well-respected property consultants.

What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded with a salary of £23,000 - £30,000 salary per annum dependant on your experience level. You will also access one-to-one training both on site and in-office from all senior members of the team. Your training is provided by a RICS accredited surveyor with over 25 years' experience, to include a range of experiences, to allow for successful completion of the APC.
