They offer their staff an annual and generous bonus structure which is based on project completion and time scales. The majority of their projects are based largely in larger Liverpool area and have a good understanding of the local market.

Your new role
Your new role is perfect for someone who is looking for a calm, friendly and open environment and is looking to create more of their own success. You will be working on their array of projects and help guide more junior engineers through their development. You will be involved with the conceptual and detailed design of schemes as well as the opportunity for involvement with business development.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will come from a strong Civil Engineering background with the drive to push what you can bring to a business and the want to guide junior engineers through their career while also continuing your new companies' grasp of the local Merseyside market.
