Electrical-bias Maintenance Engineer vacancy for an FMCG Manufacturer based in the Blackpool area.

Your new company
Your new company has a specially built production facility with various different processes to meet customer needs. They have been established for over 25 years and have continued to grow across this time. They are a global exporter from the West Coast.

Your new role
Your new role will include working in the various the various production departments on-site and you will be conducting regular PPM as well as Reactive Maintenance of all machinery. There is a call out cover system but you will be compensated for this type of cover. You will be working from 7:30am-16:30pm Monday to Friday. You will be conducting electrical installations as well as mechanical. Your primary area of maintenance will be electrical however, there will be some mechanical PPM involved. You will also be enrolled into on the job training.

What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed is an 17th/18th Edition Electrical Wiring Qualification. You will need experience in working with FMCG machinery such as conveyor systems. You will need to be able to install, repair and renew equipment. You will need knowledge of CCTV equipment and be able to effectively read and understand electrical drawings. An advantage would be a mechanical engineering qualification as well as training or knowledge of food safety. Bilingual with Bulgarian language will be a desirable skill.

What you'll get in return
What you'' get in return is a salary of upto £35,000 dependant on your experience. You will also receive 28 days annual leave including bank holidays. The pension contribution is as standard. There is free parking around the site. You may also receive training support from the company if necessary.
