Technical Coordinator

Our client is a family-run residential developer, based in Thetford who are on the lookout for a Technical Coordinator to support their team.

They're looking for someone with a Civil Engineering background, who can work alongside the Civil and Structural consultants to produce technical design packages and conveyance plans.

You must be confident working with various parties to produce documents in accordance with rules and regulations (local authorities, building control, NHBC, Utilities and Service providers).

You must have good experience working on residential projects, within either a new-build or Civil Engineering field. We would also expect you have a good understanding of Building Regs, DMRB, Manual for Streets, Sewers for Adoption, Flood and Water Management Act, along with local standards such as Highways and LLFA requirements.

AutoCAD would be beneficial, but not essential.
