BIM Manager

Our client is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm with a passion for the design and delivery of public sector buildings, structures and public spaces. We are helping them find a BIM Manager to join their team who work across a range of design, consultancy, engineering, project and cost management services.. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of BIM and will oversee the future development and progression of BIM across the company.

You will be responsible for the implementation, management and delivery of BIM at a Business Unit Level including the line management and technical management of BIM resources and will need to apply the BIM processes and be capable of establishing and implementing a BIM Execution Plan and a delivery strategy.

Requirements:

• Civil/Structural Engineering HNC or equivalent,
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in design and drafting using Revit and AutoCAD,
• Substantial relevant (production) experience in design, drafting or engineering and BIM
• Previous experience of working within the public sector is essential for this role,
• Strong written and English speaking ability,
• Strong graphical communication,
• Strong IT and software skills,
• Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently.
