Associate Director (Building Structures)

Conrad Consulting is pleased to offer another exclusive senior appointment to the market. We are currently tasked with sourcing an Associate Director of Building Structures in Glasgow to spearhead a new office for a multi-national consulting engineer.

This is a rare opportunity and is best suited to a Chartered Structural Engineer who has significant experience operating at leadership level in the built environment. It is expected you have the ability and drive to not only maintain existing client relationships, but also identify and secure work from new clients.

• Outside the UK they have a significant overseas presence too
• They are well known for their incredible portfolio of flagship work with many of their completed buildings showcasing exceptional architectural flare
• Have a long history of offering great long-term career prospects to their team, with many of the existing Associates and Directors having progressed from a junior level
• Place a high value on staff wellbeing and have managed to create a strong family culture throughout the business

ABOUT YOU

• You should be Chartered and have significant experience working on building structures in the UK
• Your experience should cover both medium-sized and large-scale builds, with a particular interest in those that have a good commercial portfolio
• SER Certifiers are desirable although this is not essential
• Our client is looking for someone with the drive and determination to expand the team and work towards a Director position the coming years

ON OFFER

A competitive salary of £65,000 to £75,000 plus comprehensive benefits package is on offer. Full details of which can be disclosed to interested parties.
