Your new company
Your new company is a Civil & Structural consultancy which has a global presence with three of their main offices being based here, in the UK. They work on a very varied range of schemes which include high-end residential, leisure, retail, energy waste and theme parks. They a driven organisation which have a family mentality towards their staff, meaning they work hard but don't micro manage.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working as a senior drainage engineer and will be working on the wide range of schemes which your new company operates on. You will also be attending site meetings, aiding junior staff, liaise with local and water authorities and use your design software to complete conceptual and detailed designs. You will oversee the drainage team as a whole, which can be done remotely if not located near on the offices, and guide them with your FRA and strategic knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be an expert with design software such as Civil 3D, Micro Drainage and CAD. You will also have excellent British Standards knowledge, FRA repertoire and the want to manage and grow a team.
