The main operations are based at their substantial office, warehouse, showroom and production facility which allows for seamless transitions between project stages across multiple departments.

Your new role
The role is based at the Company's head office in Co Antrim. The successful Applicant will be responsible for assisting in the successful management of the delivery of contracts and will become part of a dynamic, fast growing company. He/ She will have overall responsibility for all operations within the manufacturing department and manage the relationship with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure goods are produced to meet the requirements of each specific project in terms of H&S, quality, programme and cost as well as ensuring a good standard of safety and housing keeping is maintained and that all relevant environmental, H&S regulations are adhered to. Continual improvement and development of process systems. Interpret workshop drawings and job sheets, complete production schedules and allocate works, making best use of in house facilities and external services to ensure completion dates are met. Managing workshop employees and monitor performance.

What you'll need to succeed
Hands On' working experience in a manufacturing capacity. In depth production knowledge of façade systems. Good standard of education and computer literacy required. It will be desirable to have a minimum of 5 years working in a similar role within the facade industry but other sectors will be considered. Experience of ISO Quality Management Systems required.
