The have over 20 years' experience and have established themselves as a high-achieving, hard working company who have gained the respect of clients and competitors alike. They a well respected by their staff and are currently working a hybrid working model.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working as a Principal Structural Engineer who will be leading, advising and managing a team. This role is ideal for an individual who has great people skills and can work well under tight time frames. Although there will be design work for this role, the main purpose will be working alongside contractors, Local Authority officials and will be based from both the office or site. You will be creating construction packs for your teams across the multiple projects you'll be involved with.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have 7-10 years' post degree experience with a 2:1 or above. You will be a charted engineer with either IstrcutE or ICE. You will have expert knowledge of Eurocodes and DMRB and experience project management and have experience leading teams of engineers.
You will have excellent written English as this role will involve you creating construction packs and hand counts. Experience working on/ managing multiple projects at once is essential as these projects will range in size and value.
You will also have the ability to go to site when needed so transport will be crucial.
