Structural Engineer - Greater Manchester
Your new company
Your new company is a well established, busy and versatile practice with over ten years' of structural and architectural experience they work on a range of projects from home renovations to larger commercial projects. Some of the more niche projects they work on are community centres, religious buildings and many other structural schemes across the UK.
Your new role
Your new will see you working as a structural engineer on an average of 15-20 projects at the same time so you will be able to use your software expertise such as Tekla, TEDDs & CAD knowledge to work on the conceptual and detailed design of multiple large and smaller schemes. This role will also see you writing reports and working mainly with steel design and masonry.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have a minimum of 7 years' post degree UK experience and have worked on a range of steel design and masonry schemes. You will have great knowledge in Tekla, TEDDs & Cad with the ability to work at a fast pace with high quality results.
It is extremely important to your new company that you should be a very personable and approachable person as you will be working closely with your colleagues and clients alike.
This role will be based in the office so the ability to travel there is a must.
