A Process Improvement Lead role based with a manufacturing organisation paying around £40,000 - £45,000

Your new company
You will be working for a manufacturing organisation who is seen to be a global leader in their field, producing specialist products with applications in multiple markets. Your new role
Your new role as Process Leader, you will be responsible for providing technical and process support, ensuring that all areas of production are continuously improving. Your work will be completed alongside all manufacturing teams, driving continuous improvement activities and implementing lean manufacturing principles.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Process Leader role, you will have been exposed to a manufacturing environment with a continual process, in a process improvement based position. Your experience with continuous improvement tools and techniques, project management and supervisory skills will enable you to excel in this Process Leader opportunity.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of around £40,000 - £45,000, along with a competitive package including a bonus, pension and flexible working hours.
