A Quality Assurance Manager job based with a manufacturing organisation in Lancashire paying up to £50,000

You will be working for a large manufacturing organisation based in Lancashire, who provide a wide range of markets with precision engineered polymer components. Your new employer have over 50 years' experience producing high-spec products, constantly upgrading their facility with the latest technology in order to maintain their industry leading status.

Your new role
In your new role as Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of Quality on site including QMS (9001, 14001 etc.), improvement projects and H&S compliance. You will lead a team of Quality and H&S professionals, ensuring their performance is in line with customer and company requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have held a Quality Manager position for a number of years, with experience in compliance, product quality and leading audits. Your previous exposure to quality management systems, problem solving techniques and lean manufacturing will enable you to excel in this role.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of up to £50,000 along with a good package including pension and holidays.
