New Role - Associate: Design Team Leader
A forward thinking "design business" connecting brand, interiors and architecture is looking for a an associate level design team leader. Located in Southwark, London, one of their main UK offices.
Salary - £70,000 / Competitive market salary (if interested we can discuss your requirements and try to fulfil them)
You will be:
- Leading projects
- Drive ethos and principles
- Report directly to head of projects
- Establish creative strategy for team
- Client management/ pitching
- Fee Proposals
Requirements:
- Workplace/office fit-out sector experience
- Revit proficiency
- Pitching experience
- Fee writing/proposals
- Technical understanding
- Interiors Understanding
