They are looking to appoint a new associate who understands programme management and has forensic delay expertise focused on building and civil engineering construction. Your experience should cover retrospective and prospective delay analysis, and establishing the cause of critical delays, their effect and where the liability lies.

Projects will typically include road, rail, airport, ports & harbours, commercial offices, residential, energy and healthcare schemes. You should be a chartered civil engineer (MICE), or a similarly qualified engineering or construction professional with extensive specialist project delay experience. In addition, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to provide global opinion on project and programme management trends that could affect the business.
