With this current project, you will be working closely with communities and government to deliver these particular packages of work.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working as a Principal Engineer on their Highways team. You will oversee the engineers and technicians with their day-to-day design.
As technical Lead on the project your role will also include maintaining existing client relationships and winning new work for the business. As you will be working for a reputable organisation, this will play to your existing business development experience.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have 5 years post degree UK experience with the highways industry. You will have achieved chartership or be nearing chartership.
For your work experience, you will have worked with or alongside either, Local Authorities, Highways England and other major highways contractors. You will have experience with highways alignment and design as well as team leading experience.
