Customer Success Manager role which would suit a Military veteran or similar
A new position has been created within a growing professional development organisation where they are looking for a knowledgeable individual to manage service delivery across various training development contracts. You will be the central link for contract delivery where you will identify issues, analyse metrics, assess service offerings ensuring the company are successfully delivering against time, cost, budget and initial requirements. You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, current and future delivery success and exploring service offerings.
Due to the nature of training on offer and the organisation's specific customer base, this is an ideal role for a Military veteran or an individual with strong Defence / Military knowledge. You will have the opportunity to combine your knowledge with assisting Defence customers with their training and development requirements.
Any experience in Military Communications is certainly of benefit to you. Professional development and training will be provided for this role.
There will be travel required in and around the UK in order to conduct client reviews, project meetings, understanding requirements and building relationships.
Candidates will ideally already hold SC clearance due to the nature of the immediate projects. Failing that any applicants must be eligible to gain SC Clearance without restrictions.
