Structural AutoCAD Technician (Office/Working from Home Hybrid Model)

Your new company
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Structural Technician to join a successful, well-established civil and structural Design Consultancy based in Essex. You will be working on a wide range of small, medium and large-scale projects across housing, residential and mixed-use developments, industrial buildings and warehousing, the conversion and refurbishment of listed buildings, and projects within the health and education sector. The company has over completed over 2500 projects since it's inception in 1995.

Your new role
You'll be working alongside this established team to help to deliver technical drawings and 3D designs to various clients to a high standard on housing, residential and mixed-use developments, industrial buildings and warehousing, the conversion and refurbishment of listed buildings, education and healthcare projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need experience working on UK projects, working with structural engineers to deliver housing and large residential developments in a timely manner.

Experience utilising AutoCAD on a daily basis within your current role, you'll also be exposed to other projects which utilise Revit on occasion, so experience in this would be beneficial but not necessary.
