Our client is on the lookout for an experienced individual to lead the Façade Survey and investigation business area, increase turnover and profit to manage the team in its day-to-day project business. It's vital for the candidate to have adequate experience within the business development aspect of the company. All round technical knowledge in all aspects of façade engineering including, façade systems, bespoke facades, cladding components, cladding products, all materials used in facades and more.

Requirements:

Previously worked in an Engineering role within the Facades sector,AutoCAD / Revit knowledge,Degree qualified in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering,Strong communication skills,Commutable distance to Epsom, Surrey.Survey and report writing skills, Chartered or near Chartered.
