This market leading forensic consultancy is well established and highly regarded for their specialist construction, engineering and scientific expertise. They are looking to appoint a new associate who understands programme management and has forensic delay expertise focused on building and civil engineering construction. Your experience should cover retrospective and prospective delay analysis, and establishing the cause of critical delays, their effect and where the liability lies.

You will be joining the company at an exciting time for this division of their business, they have plans in place for expansion that will provide the opportunity for career progression and financial reward. Projects will typically include road, rail, airport, ports & harbours, commercial offices, residential, energy and healthcare schemes. The firms’ UK and international offices have a low staff turnover, a testament to their favourable terms, working conditions and development opportunities. Their remuneration package includes a generous profit share scheme, in addition to an attractive base salary and benefits.

You should be a chartered civil engineer (MICE), or a similarly qualified engineering or construction professional with extensive specialist project delay experience. In addition, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to provide global opinion on project and programme management trends that could affect the business.
