Fully Remote Structural Engineer job working for an international, multi-disciplinary consultancy.

Your new company
You will be working for a well known, global, multi-disciplinary consultancy. This consultancy work on a range of high value projects across a range of disciplines, taking projects from initial concept design right through the detailed design process and to completion. This consultancy work on a wide range of projects, so you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of prestigious projects across a number of sectors.

Your new role
You will be able to work completely remotely, and will have the option to go into your local office to "hot desk" as and when you please. You will work as part of the advanced structures team, working on some of the most complex and larger projects within the consultancy. You will be delivering structural engineering services on building projects, performing analyses and calculations as appropriate and preparing designs with minimal supervision. You will assist with the commercial and financial controls of projects, and be involved in the supervision and development of graduate engineers.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will be chartered or very near chartered (ICE or IStructE). You will be have experience working on heavy civil structural engineering projects, and/or have experience working on seismically qualified structures. You will have the ability to obtain MOD security clearance. Knowledge of Tekla Structural Designer, and LUSAS (or other similar general purpose finite element code) software packages would be beneficial.
