Structural Design Engineer

We are working with a London based civil & structural engineering consultancy who are looking to recruit a Structural Design Engineer to work on a range of both civil and structural projects on a full time permanent basis. Our client has a reputation for delivering high quality projects on time & to budget whilst maintaining client satisfaction throughout the process.

The role offers the opportunity to join our client in their busy office in West London and work on a range of projects which will predominantly include bridges/rail projects. Although previous bridge/rail experience would be ideal, this is not essential and experience in heavy civils/structures would also be a advantageous and training could be given to an engineer who is keen to learn.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem solving abilities.

Requirements:

• A degree in civil or structural engineering,
• A minimum of 3 years of structural design experience,
• Ambitions to become a Chartered Engineer,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Excellent communication,
• A good team player.
