You will be working for an international manufacturing organisation who specialise in the production of mechanical and electrical components, supplying the off-highway and automotive industries amongst others. Your new role
In your new role as Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading site quality improvements and the quality function as a whole. You will ensure the highest performance in product quality along with guaranteeing compliance with standards and customer requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this Quality Manager role, you will need to have had extensive experience in Quality Management, ideally within an automotive or tier-1 manufacturing environment. It would be beneficial if you had a Lean Six Sigma qualification and be qualified to Lead Auditor level.

What you'll get in return
Upon receiving this Quality Systems Engineer role, you will earn a salary of up to £60,000 dependant on your experience. You will also gain the chance to work with a busy and growing tier-1 manufacturing organisation with plenty of opportunity for travel.
