Our client is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work on various types of automotive manufacturing equipment, services, and buildings.

Your new role
Our client is looking for a multi skilled engineer who has the ability to act as the Maintenance Departments representative for future projects and be able to Identify new procedures or revisions to existing maintenance procedures. You will determine TPM, PM elements and schedules for new and existing equipment. Be able to liaise with the Maintenance Manager to plan and conduct internal training courses. Ensuring records, manuals and software including backups are kept complete and up to date. You'll will be responsible for the maintenance of plant and equipment's to ensure smooth production. Carryout Fault-finding and diagnosis of breakdowns while maintaining effective cross-departmental communication. You should be able to determine critical spares requirements for new and existing equipment.

What you'll need to succeed
Apprentice Trained
Machine Tool Maintenance background (Automotive preferred)
City & Guilds Mechanical & Electrical qualifications
Working knowledge of, Siemens, Mitsubishi, B&R controls
Multi skilled ability; Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical, CNC, PLC

What you'll get in return
As the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working Mon-Thu 07:00-15:30, Fri 07:00-13:00 and be paid £29,600. You are also entitled to overtime: a time and half pay for the first 5 hours after 38 hours of work and double pay after 43hours. Our client also offers access to healthcare, pension, 32 days holiday and 5% yearly bonus.
