Your new role
Your role includes assisting with the delivery of traffic and parking engineering projects across both the public and private sector as well as providing input into the development of both large and small scale projects. Brief responses, bids and proposals preparation will be a part of your new job as well as customer satisfaction and maintaining project workload.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you should ideally have a degree relevant to the field of traffic engineering and experience within either a local authority or consultancy post graduation. Ambition to become chartered (MILT, MICE, MCIHT) or working towards chartership is also desirable. In regards to technical ability the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a knowledge for highways, traffic and parking as well as relevant industry standards and be able to use CAD design software.
