Transport Planner job in London paying up to £40,000 working for an established consultancy, secured workflow

Your new company

Your new role
You will be working as part of a team of Graduates, Engineers and Technicians with great exposure to the whole life cycle of the projects rather than just sitting by your desk crunching number and inputting data. You will work on projects involved with TfL and private sector developers and will be able to handle and analyse large volumes of data using spreadsheets, presenting findings in a clear and logical way as you will be expected to be client . You will be a key member of a team of transport planners and engineers within the Transportation department of this London based multi-disciplinary consultancy.



What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role you will be educated to degree or post-graduate level with at least 3 years' experience within a consultancy in the UK and ideally London market. It would be a benefit if you were working towards an appropriate professional qualification as well as having a detailed knowledge of transport planning and software such as ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG and TRANSYT, knowledge of AutoCAD also required. Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English required, report writing and project presentations are a vital part of your role.
