Your new company
You new company are a leading manufacturer in their respective industry and require a Maintenance Supervisor to join their ranks. The company are in the process of investing in new machinery to increase production and improve overall efficiency.

Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for coordinating the physical workplace with the people and work of the organization. You will integrate the principles of pro-active working, planning and organizing the daily work load of the maintenance team. You'll ensure that best practices are followed for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable working environment is attained for all employees and their activities. Working hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need experience in this type of role with a strong overall understanding of best engineering practices. Experience within FMCG industry is preferred. You will need a proven history of small team developments, the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload, confident decision makings, time management and project co-ordination skills.
