Opportunity to work as QHSE Business Partner for leading company in facilities managment, hybrid working!


QHSE Business Partner | South East & London | Facilities Management | Perm | £45 - £50k |

Your new company
You will be working for an independent organisation, specialists within transport and rail in facilities management
across London and the South East. Your new company is well-established and works responsible for over 100 sites and variety of clients focusing on exceptional customer service.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of employees whilst maintaining and embedding health and safety culture across the company. You will be leading inhouse training within the company, delegating and supervising the Health and Safety Advisor. You will be responsible for carrying out regular audits and inspections on sites, reviewing work practices and ensuring policies are being properly implemented.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in Health & Safety Management and leading team. You are someone passionate about making a difference within the industry with strong leadership and teamwork skills. It is also desirable that you have a NEBOSH Diploma level or equivalent and have previous experience within the soft facilities management industry.
