Associate Director

Our client is an established multidisciplinary consultancy and due to an increase in workload an opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated Associate Director to join them in their Ipswich office on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will lead and nurture client relationships to provide high levels of service and develop business opportunities for clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading existing and new clients relationships to provide high levels of service,
• Leading existing and new clients relationships to provide high levels of service,
• Supporting the Professional Services and ensure they deliver an effective service,
• Deliver great customer service to all existing and potential clients,
• Ensure the development and competence of staff and manage their training needs.

Requirements:

• A degree in Design or equivalent,
• Member of a relevant professional body,
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work effectively under pressure,
• An attitude which is commercially astute and business focused,
• An understanding of initiatives and new policies affecting design teams,
• An ability to market the service, develop new business relationships and manage a broad range of stakeholders effectively.
