Your new company
You will be working for an international chemical manufacturing organisation who are going through a strong period of growth. Your new company have recently expanded their portfolio acquiring new business, as a result of increased profits and productivity. It is an excellent time to join the organisation.

Your new role
Your new role as Shift Manufacturing Lead will be responsible for productivity aiming to hit daily and weekly KPI's, with a strong focus around site compliance and health, safety, environmental and operational procedures. You will manage the production technicians and engineers on site and responsible for their training and development.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this new role, you will be an experienced manufacturing management professional, have experience in chemical manufacturing ideally with a relevant qualification. Other requirements for the role include experience of NPI, team leadership and lean manufacturing.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of around £51,000 inclusive of shift allowance. This position also comes with a bonus dependant on company performance and other benefits include pension and competitive holidays.
