Principal/ Associate Director - Infrastructure Team


Your new company

Your new role
Your new role would see you joining the Civils North team 10 strong, who complete the detailed design of all drainage, highways and infrastructure for their clients. There is no limit to the sector that these clients find themselves in, ranging from state-of-the-art commercial facilities, to high-rise residential structures and more. You will be embarking on a world-leading sports project valued at approximately £100, due to take 10 years' in construction. 5-star hotels, a new academy, villas, cabins and 1000 residential units will comprise a project with global attention.

You will be joining this team at either Principal or Associate Director level and expected to be promoted within three years to either Associate or Director.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need at least 7 years industry experience for the Principal title, or 10 years' experience for the Associate Director role. It is expected that you are a fluent user of AutoCAD, Micro Drainage and Civil 3D, as all three will form an essential element of your daily role.

You can work from the Liverpool office if that is your preferred location however 1 visit to the Manchester office per week to integrate with the team is necessary. There is a hybrid working model in place which allows you to work from home for 2/3 days a week.
