This industry-leading, multidisciplinary consultancy are at the forefront of innovation and are one of the most highly regarded organisations within their industry. Due to an increased workload and internal promotions, they are looking to acquire an Engineer or Senior Engineer to help the highways team in Glasgow/Edinburgh. They have recently moved into a brand new office and are attending it 1/2 times a week with an extremely flexible working environment.

Your new role & what you'll need to succeed
You will be joining the team with experience as an experienced Engineer or Senior Engineer working within a similar consultancy in the UK/Ireland. You will be a recognised leader and will be able to successfully deliver client's objectives to a high standard and on time. Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team and ensure key targets are being met. You will need to be a disciplined thinker and analytical, numerate, problem solver who has strategic judgement and the capacity to think complex issues through and develop effective solutions in a timely fashion.
