Associate Director

Our client is growing rapidly, and as a result, they are searching for an ambitious Associate Director to manage their thriving Glasgow office as the technical lead.

Starting off with a small design office 50 years ago, this multidisciplinary consultancy has expanded to have around 80 staff members across several offices scattered across Scotland.

As they have such a strong presence throughout the country, they can attract a wide range of clients and as a result they have a diverse and envious project pipeline.

As the Associate Director, you will be involved in the engineering design of projects across multiple sectors that include the following, health and leisure, residential, conservation and refurbishment, education, landscaping, industrial and commercial, breweries and hotels to highlight a few.

AS ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE,

• Manage and support the Civils team's development and long-term growth
• Manage and assist the Civils team's development and long-term growth
• Produce technical documentation
• Engage with clients and generate new business
• Create project briefs, bids, and deliverables price.

THE SUCCESSFUL ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR WILL HAVE

• A degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in preparing bid/tender documents
• Strong leadership skills
• IEng/CEng registration
• Contract and commercial management experience

• £62,000 - £67,000 per annum
