A multi-disciplinary architectural and building consultancy practice based in Hammersmith, London, is looking looking for a Qualified Architect to join their team. This individual must be capable of running projects through all RIBA stages, deal with contractors, perform on site visits along with leading a team of several.

• Salary up to £52,000
• Hybrid working (opportunity to wfh)

The imminent focus surrounds a leisure project in which you will be leading a small team and reporting to associate directors. The project is currently mid stage, with a strong understanding of the later RIBA stages preferred. Beyond this they have a wider vision of involvement within their other sectors; housing, mixed use, commercial, education and community. With clear progression routes within an established team.

Requirements:

• Lead projects with minimal supervision
• Revit Proficiency
• Deal directly with client, consultants, contractor and specialists
