Production Team Leader

Your new company
A leading manufacturing company in the engineering industry with a prime focus on electrical, mechanical and mechatronic maintenance engineering.

Your new role
You will be in charge of supervising a team of 30 engineers, who need coaching and guidance to ensure the job tasks are completed. You do not need to have specific manufacturing experience although this would be beneficial.

You will be monitoring all production areas from granulation to communicating with the Team leaders and all Line Team members, concentrating on key issues during the last period and key objectives going forward.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to be driven, enthusiastic an motivated!
You must be very confident in leading people and being able to coach and guide them.
Improvement techniques
Accident investigation
Visual management techniques
Team leader structure
Ideally basic technical understanding to assist the engineers with any issues
No specific qualifications required
