Revit Technician

An opportunity for a  Revit technician to join a long established property consultancy with a workload in building conservation, renewable energy, healthcare and commercial projects. This would suit a technician with a civil, structural or architectural background gained in the building, industrial or energy sectors. The position will provide a change of emphasis and a broad workload, alongside their burgeoning renewables work you will be involved in data centres, commercial, educational, industrial and electrical infrastructure projects.

The company: One of the longest established property consultants in the UK and an independently owned Limited Liability Partnership. Their expertise encompasses civil and structural engineering, architecture, building surveying, project management, expert witness services and land development. They employ over two hundred staff throughout the UK.   

Your Role: You will work closely with their surveyors, architects and  civil/ structural engineers. Your focus will be on the production of intelligent 3D drawings .The workload will cover a range of civil, structural and architectural topics for buildings and energy related projects.   

About You:  Qualified to HNC/ HND level or above, conversant with Revit and a background in building structures, civil structures or architecture. Able to produce general arrangement drawings and collaborate with engineering colleagues to deliver accurate and timely work. Good organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
