Your new role
You'll have the opportunity to research new technologies, assessing how they could assist our business. You'll play a key part in ensuring that we achieve greater efficiency with engineering projects through digital transformations and ensuring we are at the leading edge of digital management. A strategic thinker and good communicator, you must be able to help promote our BIM aspirations internally and have the confidence and drive to push this forward.


What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced BIM/CAD manager, we're looking for someone who can bring the necessary expertise to succeed in this exciting role and would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate any of the following:

  • Experience working in the UK in an environmental / engineering consultancy, with demonstrable knowledge of the production of digital output for engineering projects.
  • Workflow and data management systems knowledge, such as BIM Collaborative Pro (BIM360)
  • Knowledge of Autodesk products such as Civils 3-D and Infraworks (desirable)
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, delivering digital output.
  • A self-starter with the motivation to develop and implement strategies.
  • Strong leadership, project management, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
