Site Engineer Job - Permanent - Birmingham - Leading Contractor - Multiple Projects and Sectors - Civils


Your new company
You will be working for a very successful civils contractor who are based in Birmingham. The organisation undertake works in the civils sector with projects in substations both new build and refurbishment, waste recycling, water treatment, foundations and groundworks. The company have a strong pipeline of work across the UK and are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join the company on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be working on Sites across the UK the engineering point of contact on site. The role will involve setting out and checking levels and measurements. You will also be responsible for QA on the site and ensuring that the labour on site is coordinated correctly. The position offers a diverse portfolio of works so you will be adaptable and proactive in your approach.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be willing to travel and lodge across the UK due to the location of works this is a non negotiable element of the position. You will also have a strong background in Site Engineering and be able to evidence experience of Setting out using Leica Total Stations. You will require CSCS and other industry qualifications such as Besc or National Grid Persons would be advantageous but not essential.
