Principal Infrastructure Engineer - Central London

If so then this could be the ideal role for you. We are working with one of our key clients to find them a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to join the civils team in their London office on a full-time permanent basis, to assist with their increasing workload.

Responsibilities:

• Design and detailing of civil engineering schemes, Feasibility studies, calculations, modelling, inspections, surveys and reports,
• Managing and delivering projects within cost, time profitability and quality requirements, along with obtaining third party approvals,
• Liaising with clients, other professionals and the public,
• There may also be a requirement to supervise and train employees with less experience.

Requirements:

• A degree in Civil or Structural engineering,
• A Chartered of near chartered with the Institutions of Civil Engineers,
• Excellent design skills and the ability to competently undertake computer based analysis,
• Knowledge and understanding of UK Codes of Practice, Design Standards, Building Regulations and Health and Safety,
• Experience of working at at Principal level,
• Experience of using Microdrainage and obtaining approvals for section agreements, including S104, S38 and S278,
• Excellent communication and prioritisation skills to ensure achievement of various deadlines. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​
