We are currently looking to find Assistant Project Managers / Project Coordinators to add to their Major Projects team. The role supports the Project Manager in the planning, execution, monitoring and control, and completion of a range of exciting projects.
You will be involved at all phases of the project from proposal, scoping requirements including resources, programme, and cost estimates (budgets) for delivering the project. You will be strong on documentation including project plans, cost estimates and forecasts and project registers and schedules, while tracking hours, budgets, forecasts and expenditure.
You are likely to be graduate in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience. Ideally you will be progressing your career towards membership of an appropriate professional institution (PMI, APM, RICS, CIOB), as well as working towards a project management qualification at foundation level (PRINCE2, APM, PFQ, APMIC)
At this stage of your career, you will have gained 2-5 years experience in a project delivery environment and have gained awareness and knowledge of project management requirements especially acting as the clients representative on construction projects.
