Your new company
Your new company has over 25 years' of industry leading experience working across multiple highways, transportation and infrastructure sectors. They have multiple offices across the UK and pride themselves on delivering high quality work while putting the well being of their employees at the forefront of their minds. As well as expanding their team with experienced and tested engineers, your new company also like to invest in more junior staff, looking to train, advise and teach junior engineers their efficient and high standard of work.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working as an associate director using your previous major and local authority highways experience to aid junior engineers with their designs, communicate with clients and complete designs towards multiple schemes which include: Public sector, transport, energy, rail and residential.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have a degree in structural engineering, a chartership with either the ICE or IStructE. You will have over 10 years' UK industry experience. A working knowledge of highways structures and the ability to lead teams and guide junior engineers with their designs while managing your own work load.
