Your New Company

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a large, global, loss adjustor firm based in London city centre and grow yourself into a professionally qualified loss adjustor.

Your new clients will come from the firm's established network of insurance companies which provide an interesting range of claims which you will be working on day to day.

Your new role

Your responsibilities will include- but are not limited to-

  • Site investigations
  • Investigating, negotiating and agreeing settlements of claims.
  • Liaising with the Insured, Insurers and Brokers to produce professional and timely conclusions of claims.
  • Completing on site investigations
  • Producing reports in compliance with professional standards and internal guidelines in accordance with agreed timescales.
  • Contribute towards business development programme.
  • Network & Identify business growth.
  • Undertaking projects

This opportunity is great for someone who is an experienced building surveyor- but looking to move onto the Loss Adjusting path. You will receive great training - including support through the CILA (Chartered Institute of Loss Adjustors).

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Ideally be chartered (MRICS) or be towards the end of your APC.
  • Have solid building surveying experience.
  • Some experience in either loss adjusting or similar profession.
  • Ability to negotiate, problem solve and manage stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • A proven reputation in the Broker/Insurer market would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A drive to learn & grow with in the firm.
  • You MUST also have a full UK drivers license + be willing to travel outside of London.
