Your new company
Your new company is a well established and respected home builder and provider. They operate in and have a real grasp of the North West market. The size of their projects range from 50 units to 1150 units and are leading the process from architectural design to overseeing the site build and working alongside contractors. They are a friendly and focused office with a high performance standards and top quality packages of work.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working as a Development Engineer working alongside contractors, dealing with site queries, handling and queries and issues surrounding various sections (S104/S278/S38) and using you site experience and managerial experience to oversee the build of roads, sewers, foundations and other residential design and build issues that may arise.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of a HNC, a strong managerial background, a a strong understanding of various sections (see above) and have both office and site experience. You will have UK based experience with a minimum of 6 years of UK industry experience recently.
You do not need to have worked as a Development Engineer as this role is open to people who are looking to move into this role. However, you will come from a management, and civil engineering background.
