£40,000 - £45,000 per annum (Permanent)



DERBY

We have an opportunity for a Structural Revit Technician to join a consultancy just outside Derby, they allow remote working only required 1 day in their offices. They specialize in engineering, architecture, and construction services.

Essential Requirements:

Hold a minimum of an ONC in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering course.Min 5+ years Revit experience within the UK structures environment and at least 5 years working for a civil and structural engineering company/companiesExperience of modelling existing masonry structures and new RC Concrete/steel framed buildings.Able to follow required Quality Assurance Systems.Able to produce 3D BIM models to a Level 2 Standard. All to in-house BIM specifications.Develop the structural model by close coordination with all the project design disciplines.Used to multi-disciplinary collaborative working.Good engineering knowledge and understanding of key structural engineering principals.Desirable Requirements:

Experience of modelling large-scale buildings and refurbishment of buildingsExcellent presentation, communication and client facing skills.Ability to work under pressure, whilst delivering high quality work.Competent knowledge of following software, Revit, AutoCADYou must have considerable experience as a Structural Technician and been involved in a wide variety of projects.This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a well-respected Engineering consultancy located in Derby (remote).
