Associate Structural Engineer

We are working with a small and highly successful multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy who specialise in structural and civil design. They have an exciting opening for an Associate Structural Engineer to join the team in their Bristol office on a full time permanent basis. The successful engineer will become an integral member of the skilled Structures team and will help oversee and lead their expanding workload which covers a diverse range of projects on a full-time permanent basis.

Offering a full range of services to the built environment including engineering and consultancy, our client been established for a number of years and can offer genuine career progression in a supportive, successful environment.

Projects: a wide range of building structures and your design experience should include RC, steel, masonry and timber.

Requirements:

• A degree in civil or structural engineering,
• A Chartered or near Chartered engineer,
• A minimum of 5 years' UK experience,
• Ability to use whole suits of MS Office and AutoCAD,
• A broad appreciation of construction and design team processes,
• An in depth knowledge of engineering principals,
• Strong technical ability,
• The ability to mentor and train more junior engineers and technicians within the team,
