Civils Technician - Bristol

Our client, one of the UK's leading private Engineering Consultancies have a fantastic opportunity for a Civils Technician to join the thriving Infrastructure team in their Bristol office and work on a range of highways and drainage projects.

The successful Civils Technician will assist engineers by developing detail design and preparing drainage and road CAD working drawings and specifications within a dynamic & supportive environment.

You will work within a small and enthusiastic team and will receive guidance from an experienced engineer.

Projects: Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Educational and more.

Requirements:

• Fully proficient with AutoCAD,
• Civils 3D would be ideal but is not essential,
• Experience working on highways and drainage projects is essential,
• Experience of preparing section agreements would be desirable,
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal,
• Good working knowledge of the relevant Codes of Practice & Design Standards,
• The confidence to work with minimal supervision, managing your own workload effectively.
