An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Highways, Transport & Climate Change Division, Neighbourhoods, Planning and Public Protection for a Flood Risk Officer.
The key tasks required of the post are:
To update and gain approval of the Council’s Flood Risk Strategy by October 2023.
The implementation of both revenue and grant-funded land drainage schemes.
To drive community resilience on flood risk.
To administer and maintain the council’s duties with regard to Ordinary Watercourse Consents.
