Your new company
Your new company has multiple offices across the UK and is looking to add an experienced Associate Director to their team. They work across multiple high-rise residential, historic, large commercial and retail and town centre developments. They are currently working with a multitude of clients including some of the 'Big Four', Local Authorities, large commercial ventures and private investors.
Their offices are located in Manchester city centre and are based in an old factory conversion with an on site café, modern fittings and mood-setting lights.

Your new role
Your new role will be working as an Associate Director overseeing multiple schemes including conceptual and detailed designs of small, medium and large scales. You will be aiding senior staff with their team's designs and development and lending your design expertise to junior staff on project completions. You will also have the opportunity to speak with clients and progress the wider business throughout the upcoming years.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will be a chartered engineer with the ICE or IStructE and have managerial experience in your repertoire as well as the ability to think about a business long-term. You will be asked to oversee multiple schemes simultaneously so the ability to balance your work load is key to succeed in this role. You will also have the ability to attend the office multiple times per week.
