Job Details

The design of elegant yet durable residential properties, both modern and traditional, is at the heart of the projects our client, an award winning structural design consultancy provides.

They have asked us to help them find an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer to join the small and close knit team in their offices in Tetbury on a full time, permanent basis where the opportunity to manage will be available. Experience of managing and leading a team would therefore be of benefit and the successful candidate will be required to be a driven and charismatic individual.

Projects: Residential

  • A degree in civil or structural engineering,
  • Must be a Chartered Engineer, MIStructE or MICE,
  • Experience in successfully leading the delivery of small-to-medium residential projects including the management of small, focused project teams to deliver to agreed deadlines and budgets,
  • Proven experience on developing projects from concept to construction stage,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills that can support our client relationships,
  • Ability and desire to lead a small team would be beneficial,
  • You should have the ability to make decisions, act on your own initiative and operate in a pro-active way.
